Cuddles likes Flaky ONLY as a friend. His love interest is actually Giggles, who often dates other guys. But he is very loyal to her. Cuddles always pushes Flaky into doing stuff that she doesn't want to do.

Handy seems to be in a relationship with Petunia...
Flaky/Nutty-
Nutty would rather date a gumball machine than Flaky.
Flaky/Mime-
I didn't even think that they knew each other until "Party Animal", but it goes badly considering that Mime love peanuts, which Flaky is allergic to.
Flaky/Lifty-
I don't even get this one... Lifty loves money, and he's too greedy to have a girlfriend.

I don't get this one either...

DB would rather have Giggles or Petunia than Flaky. He treats her like dirt a lot, like pushing her out of the way or being rude to her.

I don't even think they know each other...

I admit that it has evidence, but it's very little. They stand next to each other sometimes... and that's basically it.
Flaky/Flippy-
I see nothing wrong. They have lots of evidence, but I'm not going to get into that. Mondo Media has said that they have hinted that they may have a crush on each other, and I'm content with that.
